Recclesia Ltd specialises in the conservation and restoration of churches, listed buildings and ancient monuments. Acting as principal contractor, our team has over forty years of experience in specialist works to some of the UK's most outstanding buildings, with recognised expertise in stonemasonry, limework, metalwork and stained and leaded glass.
We are trusted to work on the most special of buildings, applying our many years of knowledge and experience to projects involving a vast array of traditional skills. Recclesia also has three specialist works divisions - Recclesia Stained Glass, Recclesia Small Works and Recclesia Fanlights. The company works with conservation architects, church councils, local authorities and clients with historically significant buildings to carry out conservation and restoration, apply new uses to buildings, or a combination of several techiniques. We have worked on such a variety of buildings, from Norman churches, cathedrals, medieval monuments and castles to cruck-frame barns, timber framed manor houses and mansion houses. We have restored glass houses by Paxton, arts and crafts buildings by Voysey, windows by Morris, Burne-Jones and Kempe, and churches by Scott. If you haven't already experienced our high standards, dedication to our craft and enthusiasm about our projects, we would be very pleased to hear from you. www.recclesia.com |
